What is recorded
The site records the public page viewed, the general device category (mobile, tablet, or desktop), the referring website when available, campaign labels attached to a link, and clicks that lead to a booking form. Advertising click identifiers are recognized only by type and are not stored.
What is not recorded
The analytics system does not collect names, email addresses, message contents, exact locations, raw IP addresses, or advertising click identifiers. It does not use analytics cookies or create advertising profiles.
How visitor estimates work
A one-way anonymous identifier is used to estimate visitors. A temporary browser-session identifier helps group nearby activity into visits and expires after inactivity or when the browser session ends. Neither identifier reveals the underlying network address, and counts remain approximate because browser settings and blocking tools may prevent some activity from being recorded.
How the information is used
Sarah uses these aggregate reports to improve page clarity, mobile and tablet performance, understand how shared or boosted links perform, and make the path from learning about an offering to booking more useful. Analytics records are retained for no more than 13 months.
