MEET SARAH

A grounded practice of presence, consent, and return.

Sarah is an energetic ritual practitioner and Reiki Master whose work centers around chakras, intention, lunar phases, elemental symbolism, intuition, and learned knowledge.

Sarah’s approach

Sarah’s practice is rooted in the belief that healing is not about becoming someone new, but about returning to yourself with greater care and honesty. Her approach is responsive, collaborative, and nervous-system aware. Sessions make room for rest, choice, and capacity, with nothing to perform and no particular response to force.

For nearly a decade, Sarah has studied and practiced Reiki, intuitive energy work, and the subtle body. What began as a personal search for balance and steadiness became a practice of listening more closely to energy, the nervous system, and the experiences that can be difficult to name but are still deeply felt.

Sarah works as a practitioner and space holder rather than a fixer or someone who carries every answer. Each session is shaped with you around what is being tended, whether that is your own energy, an animal companion, a home, or a meaningful season. Your intention and lived experience guide the work; chakra practices, lunar timing, elemental symbolism, sound, crystals, and intuitive pulls are included only when they meaningfully support the ritual.

Intuition is held alongside discernment. Energetic impressions are shared as possibilities for reflection, never fixed truths or instructions. The work honors consent, boundaries, emotional responsibility, and the pace of each individual system. Sarah’s hope is that every offering strengthens your relationship with your own inner wisdom, your community, the natural world, and the rhythms that help you return to presence.
