SEVEN INVITATIONS

Seven invitations back to yourself.

Chakras offer Sarah a living framework for listening to physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual themes—without demanding perfect balance or a particular result.

A CHAKRA-CENTERED PRACTICE

Seven places to listen.

Chakra is a Sanskrit word often translated as wheel. Chakra traditions describe centers through which life-force energy is understood to move and be processed. Sarah primarily works with the widely recognized seven-chakra system as an accessible foundation while honoring that these teachings come from diverse South Asian traditions and may include additional centers.

Within Sarah’s practice, the chakras and auric field are spiritual and experiential frameworks—not medical diagnoses. Each invitation offers a grounded place to observe with curiosity, listen with discernment, and notice what feels supported, quiet, guarded, overextended, or ready for care.
